Parenting can be tough, especially in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world. Our dramatherapy and compassion-based creative arts sessions support families to explore relationships, improve communication, and manage challenging behaviours together.

We help parents and carers understand what their children are experiencing, offering practical tools and emotional insight. With care and empathy, we create a space where the whole family can grow, adapt, and connect.

Young people face a constant wave of challenges, friendships, school, body image, identity, climate anxiety, social pressure, and more.

It can feel overwhelming.

At Compass Therapies, dramatherapy and compassion-based creative arts offer a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of it all. Through creativity and connection, young people can explore who they are and how they want to be in the world without pressure or judgment.

Sessions are flexible and can be 1:1, group-based, or include important people in their lives. Support can be short or long term, with regular reviews to ensure it meets each young person’s needs.

Support for young people

There is an increasing need for supervision and reflective practice across many professions and areas of life. The emotional demands of work and the complexities of life outside it can often become deeply intertwined. Whether we are positively impacted or challenged by our experiences, having a safe, supportive space to explore these interactions is vital.

At Compass Therapies, we offer supervision and reflective practice that is rooted in compassion and mindfulness. These sessions create space to process personal, professional, and emotional challenges, helping you stay grounded and resourced in your work and life.
